Do I still collect points towards Joyous Perks while on a subscription?
Absolutely! Earn 1 point for every dollar spent with every purchase with your Joyous Rewards membership and 3 points with your Club Joy membership. Learn more about our memberships, and how you can redeem your points.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product that you are subscribed to is out of stock, that delivery will be cancelled and you will not be charged. You will receive the product in your next scheduled delivery.
Do I have to pay for shipping on all my subscription deliveries?
For recurring subscriptions under $75, the same amount charged on the initial order with be charged on recurring orders. If your subscription is over $75, you are eligible for free shipping. In order to reach $75, we recommend bundling subscription products together. Club Joy members get free shipping on any order.
Can I use a discount code on my subscribe and save order?
Yes, you can use promotional codes towards your initial order. After your first order, you will be charged the regular product subscription amount. Club Joy members also get an additional 10% off on their subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime by visiting your subscription dashboard or emailing us at email@example.com
When am I billed for my subscription?
You are billed on the same day of the month based on the frequency of your subscription.
If I subscribe to multiple products are they all shipped together?
Recurring subscription orders will be shipped as they were initially purchased. If you would like to add a product to an existing subscription, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
