Do I still collect points towards Joyous Perks while on a subscription?
Absolutely! Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on every purchase. Learn more about Club Joy, and how you can redeem your points.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product that you are subscribed to is out of stock, that delivery will be cancelled and you will not be charged. You will receive the product in your next scheduled delivery.

Do I have to pay for shipping on all my subscription deliveries?
Shipping for recurring deliveries will be the same as the intial order, not withstanding any one-time promotions or coupons. As with all orders, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

Can I use a discount code on my subscription order?
Yes, you can use promotional codes towards your initial order. After your first order, you will be charged the regular product subscription amount.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can at anytime by emailing us at hello@joyoushealth.com. You can also pause, or defer your next delivery by logging into your account and visiting "My Subscriptions".

When am I billed for my subscription?
You are billed on the same day of the month based on the frequency of your subscription.

If I subscribe to multiple products are they all shipped together?
