 Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Free Shipping 

Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75 in Canada and the Continental US. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping to P.O. Box / APO addresses.

Order Confirmation 

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and charged your credit card or Paypal account. If your item(s) are available, your order will be processed for immediate shipment (within 2 business days). If your item is on backorder (as stated during purchase), we will process your order as soon as all items are stocked. 

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched

P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping

We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Order Shipment 

We will send you tracking information once your order is dispatched to the e-mail address you provide at check out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at hello@joyoushealth.com 

 

Duties & Taxes 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Joyous Health at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.  

 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

 

Returns Policy

Physical Products

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item cost, less return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Digital Products 

All digital products including online courses, programs, guides and ebooks, services, gift cards, workshops and event tickets are non-refundable. Any items identified as a "digital product" are 100% electronic in nature, and therefore, nothing will be shipped unless explicitly stated.
